Construction Manager for a Radically Sustainable Full-Service Provider (40–80%)

Zurich / Widnau SG:
OPENLY is an integrated general planning system for radically sustainable, economically viable buildings on an institutional scale. We develop scalable net-zero projects with clear accountability for costs, CO₂ emissions, and processes from the very start.

Your task

  • Construction Management for Interior Work, Phase 2, in Widnau, starting in August 2026

  • Tendering and construction management for additional projects of our Openly Return Investment Holding

  • Close collaboration with our subsidiary Valley Architekten AG (project handover following submission of building plans)

  • Cost control for each construction project and on a consolidated basis at the group level

  • Automated volume studies

  • Optimizing projects using AI based on orientation, quality of living, floor area ratio, infrastructure, return on investment, etc.

  • Automated Fire Safety Plans

  • Automated building permit applications, including supporting documentation, for every municipality

  • Optimization of construction drawings, including the integration of structural analysis for timber construction, through to the handoff to the timber contractor
