Your task

• Construction Management for Interior Work, Phase 2, in Widnau, starting in August 2026

• Tendering and construction management for additional projects of our Openly Return Investment Holding

• Close collaboration with our subsidiary Valley Architekten AG (project handover following submission of building plans)

• Cost control for each construction project and on a consolidated basis at the group level

Your business profile

• Professional expertise as a construction manager

• Entrepreneurial attitude, high level of personal responsibility

• Intrinsic motivation to build differently, in a biogenic way

model

• You live in Eastern Switzerland or Vorarlberg
