Your task

• Identification and purchase of properties ranging from 10 apartments to "pension fund size"

• Structuring and management of project development up to building permit application

• Feasibility studies, utilization concepts, economic efficiency

• Coordination within the OPENLY general planner setup

• Close cooperation with our subsidiary Valley Architekten AG

• Consultation with investors and local communities

Your business profile

• Experience in real estate project development

• Verifiable transactions in real estate purchasing

• Experience dealing with pension funds, if applicable

• Security in spatial planning, building law, and approval procedures

• Entrepreneurial attitude, high level of personal responsibility

model

• Phase 1: Reduced salary, founding of Openly Return AG

• Phase 2: Fundraising for Openly Return AG (with commission)

• Phase 3: Full salary with a bonus or stock options, purchase of a plot of land, and development of additional Openlys

• Phase 4: Scaling, Issuance of a Green Bond
