Zurich / Widnau SG:
OPENLY is an integrated general planning system for radically sustainable, economically viable buildings on an institutional scale. We develop scalable net-zero projects with clear accountability for costs, CO₂ emissions, and processes from the very start.

Your task

  • Identification and acquisition of land for Openly Return AG projects in the range of 8–12 million

  • Internal role of “Project CEO”: Structuring and leading project development through to the submission of building plans (separate project company for each project)

  • Feasibility studies, usage concepts, and cost-effectiveness in collaboration with the experts at Openly

  • Close cooperation with our subsidiary Valley Architekten AG

  • Coordination with Openly Return AG investors (participation in board meetings)

Your business profile

  • Experience in real estate project development

  • Security in spatial planning, building law, and approval procedures

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, high level of personal responsibility

    Biweekly at our headquarters in Widnau, SG

  • Cost control for each construction project and on a consolidated basis at the group level

Radically sustainable – OPENLY is looking for an architect (minimum 60%, full-time or freelance)

Widnau SG:
OPENLY is an integrated general planning system for radically sustainable, economically viable buildings on an institutional scale. We are currently seeking an architect for our subsidiary, Valley Architekten AG.

Your task

  • Responsibility for planning residential construction projects through the building permit application stage (projects valued at 10 million each)

  • Assistance with construction planning

Your business profile

  • > 5 years of professional experience in multi-story residential construction

  • Experience in timber construction and ArchiCAD is a plus

  • Willing to work with AI and new software

  • Intrinsic motivation for biogenic building materials
