    Valley Architekten AGOpenly Spin-off, acts as a planning office and general planner for new construction and renovation projects.

    Real estate development

    Our project support takes place during the usual planning phases.

    • Properties up to 19 units:
      Basic fee of CHF 50,000 and CHF 20,000 each after building permit and concreted floor slab.

    • Properties from 20 to 79 units:
      Basic fee of CHF 90,000 and CHF 40,000 each after building permit and concreted floor slab.

    Certification of buildings according to the Construction C-Sink Standard

    Openly certifies the net carbon sink performance of buildings made from biogenic building materials. For building owners, the sale of the CO2 certificates obtained results in a subsidy of approx. 1% of the construction costs. More information at milton.earth

  • As an architectural office, use the innovative OPENLY construction system for your competition entry. We provide you with comprehensive support in the areas of building components, verifications, construction cost calculation, circular economy and sustainability. (see OPENLY Data)

    Depending on the scope of the competition, we may also be able to inspire our network of specialist planners for your submission.

    If you would like to submit a project as a consortium, our subsidiary Valley Architektur AG is at your disposal.

    • Customer principle:
      Together with you, we define the CO2 reduction and capturing targets for your construction project.

    • We create or optimize your competition and tender documents.

    • We support the evaluation of the project winners and prepare a realistic construction cost estimate and CO2 balance for the projects

  • OPENLY acts as a one-stop store for private investors. Our comprehensive range of services extends from the establishment of a project company to individual financing solutions and cooperation with Valley Architekten AG as an experienced general planner. If desired, we can also take on the realization of your construction project efficiently as a general contractor or total contractor.

    We manage investment properties with five units or more.

  • As a C-Sink manager, Openly undertakes the certification of buildings in accordance with the Construction C-Sink Standard. Our brand milton.earth trades in CO2 certificates and is building a portfolio of CO2 certificates from projects across Europe. We also support insetting projects.

  • Over 1.4 million properties in Switzerland are more than 40 years old. The current renovation rate is around 1% (= far too slow).

    The greatest lever for reducing CO2 emissions lies in the built environment.

    We are looking for a committed partner for a pilot project and later scaling of the Openly building system for renovations.

    Our spin-off, Valley-Architects.com, which has extensive experience and in-depth expertise in refurbishment and renovation, will take care of the architectural and approval aspects.
