Import Raiffeisen bank statement

Upload a new Raiffeisen bank statement (PDF or text file). Transactions are automatically recognized and imported. The account balance as of the specified date is transferred directly to the financing section (Raiffeisen Bank Account Balance). Existing transactions are deduplicated based on date and amount.

Or: Paste text from a bank statement

Reconciliation · Unposted Bank Entries

Rule: Actual costs are imported into the tool exclusively via bank account transactions (VP Bank, Raiffeisen) and manually entered transactions. Each time the tool is loaded, it attempts to automatically assign transactions to a cost center (see activity log below). Everything listed here could not be assigned automatically and is waiting for you to assign it.
Select the BKP from the dropdown menu or enter a BKP number directly. Ignore = The transaction is not a construction cost (e.g., interest, equity contribution).

Activity Log · Automatically Assigned Entries

The tool has automatically assigned these entries to a BKP item based on vendor names and contract items. Each assignment can be edited manually —adjust the BKP if the automatic assignment is incorrect. Colors indicate the rule’s confidence level.

Funding Sources (editable)

All amounts are net in CHF. Positive amounts = cash inflow / available funds. Changes are immediately reflected in the financing statement above. Raiffeisen bank account balance = current available balance in the Raiffeisen construction account; this amount is deducted before other sources.
