When Andy Keel initiated the Valley Widnau project in 2022 and founded Openly AG, the focus was on clear and objective goals: net-zero CO2 emissions and the use of biogenic, renewable building materials. This is not a green ideology, but a pragmatic approach. No building material is excluded in principle.

Openlys are always plus energy. As an investor, you benefit threefold: a) through low ancillary costs (= high net rents), b) through the sale of electricity in the building (ZEV), c) through minimal building services (purchase & replacement)

For generations

Market value - not philanthropy

Our goal is construction costs of 3000 CHF/EUR per m². A higher fit-out standard can increase the costs. Nevertheless, we always keep the market-based return on your apartment building in focus.

Local building contractors

Openlys are built by local master builders and timber construction companies. Openly protects transportation routes and strengthens local trade.

  • Project development - our phase 1: We accompany you from the first volume study, discussions with authorities and neighbors to the preliminary project and submission planning. If required, we will set up a project company.

  • Total service provider - our phase 2:
    From the building application to execution as TU/GU.

  • Commissioning and letting - our phase 3: Commissioning is of central importance for buildings - from heating to ventilation with OPENLY airboxes. In addition, initial letting requires foresight: a balanced tenant mix is crucial for new buildings.
