Building with Openly as a full-service provider

The momentum towards low carbon plus energy buildings has increased significantly in 2025, especially from private developers and institutional investors with a clear ESG focus.

Our projects consistently follow the "openly four-tone" principle:

50 % CO2 reduction compared to conventional buildings - with a maximum of 6 kg CO2 per square meter of gross floor area, a value that already meets the Danish targets for 2029

  • Construction costs of CHF 3000 / m2 GFA

  • Climate positivity and active CO2 storage, which can be certified since 2025

  • Achievement of high standards, such as Minergie P, SNBS Gold and KfW 40

Openly breaks through rational planning phases

We plan PlusEnergy buildings with very low ancillary costs, which - as studies and the Valley Widnau pilot project confirm - increases their attractiveness and thus indirectly boosts the net yield.
